Terms of Service

Welcome to DZMM. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided through dzmm.io and any associated websites, platforms, applications, or features (collectively, the "Services").

1. Description of Services

The Services are an online platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate virtual, fictional characters with whom you can interact through text, images, voice, and other media. You may select existing AI Characters or create your own by specifying characteristics through our tools.

Adult content notice DZMM contains mature themes. Users must follow local law, platform rules, and consent boundaries when creating or viewing content.

2. Accounts

Certain features of the Services require you to create a user account. When creating an Account, you agree that all information you submit is accurate and complete, and you will keep it up to date.

Signed-in accessChat history, creator center, invitations, and payment records.
Creator accessStudio tools, reward records, payout status, and content management.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require sign-in, profile completion, subscription status, or credit balance. Credits may be used for chat, image generation, creator tools, and other paid actions shown in the product interface.

4. Content Rules

You retain responsibility for content you submit. Do not upload illegal, exploitative, deceptive, infringing, or non-consensual material. DZMM may restrict, remove, or label content that violates platform rules or creates safety risk.

  • Do not impersonate others or misrepresent ownership.
  • Do not attempt to bypass safety controls, payment limits, or access restrictions.
  • Respect takedown, moderation, and appeal decisions shown in the product.

5. Service Changes and Enforcement

DZMM may update features, models, prices, availability, or policies. Enforcement can include warnings, visibility limits, feature restrictions, suspension, or account termination where needed to protect the service and community.
